GatherUply is a simple web app for groups who do things together on a regular basis — weekly football, monthly dinners, board game nights. Set up an event once, and GatherUply handles the rest: generating occurrences, collecting RSVPs, and sending reminders.

Define a schedule once — weekly, biweekly, monthly — and GatherUply automatically generates upcoming occurrences for you.
Attendance tracking
Participants respond with Yes, Maybe, or Can't make it. See at a glance who's coming to each occurrence.
Email reminders
Automatic reminder emails go out before each occurrence so nobody forgets. No app install needed for guests.
About the company
GatherUply is made by Technowobble AB, a small software company based in Sweden. We built it because coordinating recurring group activities was surprisingly painful, and we thought it didn't have to be.
